Support
Stuck on a pen, or something not working? Here is how to get help.
Get in touch: hello@xzistdigital.com, with “Moove Out” in the subject line.
Moove Out is made by a small team, so replies are written by a person and may take a couple of days. Your iPhone model, its iOS version, the game version (shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings) and the level you were playing all help enormously. Please never send passwords or payment card details.
How to play
Every animal runs the way it faces. Tap one and off it goes, until it leaves the pen or something stops it. Clear the whole pen to win, and do it in the target number of moves or fewer for three stars.
- Order is everything. An animal with a clear path can go now; one that is blocked has to wait for the others to move out of its way.
- A blocked tap still counts as a move. The animal gives a little bump instead of moving.
- Undo puts the board back as it was, but keeps your move count. Restart begins the pen again.
- Hints put a golden circle round a good next move. You start with three free hints; after that a hint costs 60 coins, and they are free in the opening lessons.
- Pinch with two fingers to zoom in on a big pen.
If a pen can no longer be cleared, the game says so under the pen. Use Undo to go back a step, or Restart.
New animals and ground
Each animal moves in its own way, and each kind of ground — mud, rock, holes, ice — changes what happens. Every one gets an introduction card, with a short demonstration, the first time it appears. Meet the herd on the farm screen shows them all again whenever you like.
Accessibility
In the game’s Settings you will find Reduce motion (gentler transitions, and animals that fade to where they land rather than running), Ground patterns (marks on mud, ice, holes and water, for colour-blind play), Direction markers, Left-handed controls, and switches for sound effects and vibration. Menu text follows your iPhone’s text size, and every button has a spoken name for VoiceOver. If anything about the game is hard for you to use, please tell us — we would genuinely rather hear it.
Reporting a bug
Email hello@xzistdigital.com with:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 26.1)
- The Moove Out version, shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings
- The level number, what happened, and what you expected instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can
Parents and carers
You are welcome to contact us on a child’s behalf. Please share only what we need to understand the problem. Purchases on a child’s iPhone are handled by Apple, including Ask to Buy for children in Family Sharing.
The things people
ask us most.
If your question is not here, write to us. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap the coin counter at the top of the farm screen to open the shop, then Restore purchases. There is the same button in Settings. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Unlimited hints and the Supporter Pack are yours to keep, so they come back on a new phone or after reinstalling. Coins are spent as you use them, so bags and barrels of coins cannot be restored — Apple does not restore that kind of purchase either.
Where is my progress saved? Is it backed up?
On your iPhone, and only there. Moove Out has no accounts and no cloud save, which is also why it never asks you to sign in.
The trade-off is worth knowing: deleting the app deletes your progress, and we hold no copy that could bring it back. A backup of your whole iPhone, made by you or your device provider, may include it.
My coins or stars have disappeared
Progress, coins and stars are stored in the app’s own storage on your phone, so they are cleared if the app is deleted and reinstalled. Offloading the app in iPhone Settings normally keeps its data.
If they vanished without any of that happening, please write to us with your iPhone model, iOS version and the game version — that would be a bug, and we would like to know.
Why won’t the next chapter open?
Each chapter has 50 levels and 150 stars to win. Collect 100 of them to open the next chapter. Replaying a level for three stars is often the quickest way there, and the chapter map shows how many stars each level has.
I’m completely stuck on a level
Look for an animal with a clear run out of the pen, then think about the space it leaves behind. Try working backwards: which animal has to go last? If that fails, a hint shows a good next move. Every level has been checked by a solver, so there is always a way.
There is no sound
Check that Sound effects is on in the game’s Settings, then your iPhone’s volume and its silent switch or Action button, which mute the game.
What does “Share anonymous play data” do?
It sends us anonymous information about how the puzzles are going — for example, how many moves a level took — and reports errors in the game, so we can fix bugs and make levels fairer. Nothing identifies you, and nothing is stored on your phone to recognise you later. Turn it off in Settings at any time. The privacy notice has the detail.
Are there any adverts?
No. If optional adverts are ever added, they will be ones you choose to watch for a reward, and the privacy notice will be updated before that version is released.
