Privacy Policy
The short version: the TumbleWing app collects nothing about you, and never sends your gameplay anywhere.
Everything stays on your device.
TumbleWing has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no online features. The only service it touches is Apple's own, for the optional Supporter purchase. The game plays fully offline; checking a price, buying or restoring a purchase may connect to Apple.
What is stored, and where
TumbleWing saves your progress so the game remembers you between sessions. All of it is stored on your own device, in the app's private local storage. None of it leaves the device, and we have no ability to read it.

None of it identifies you. There are no cookies and no advertising identifiers.
Deleting your data
Removing the app and its data removes your game progress. We do not operate a backup or cloud-sync service, so there is nothing held by us to delete. Device backups managed by you or your device provider may retain app data. Apple retains purchase records separately, so an eligible Supporter purchase can be restored after reinstalling.
What TumbleWing does not do
- No accounts. You are never asked for a name, email address, phone number or password.
- No tracking or analytics. We do not measure how you play, how long you play, or whether you play at all.
- No advertising. There are no ads, no ad networks and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party SDKs for ads, analytics or social media.
- No online play. Everything is bundled inside the app, and nothing about your play is sent anywhere.
- No device permissions. TumbleWing does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or notifications.
Children
TumbleWing is suitable for all ages and is likely to be played by children. The game does not ask anyone for personal information. Apple manages purchase permissions and parental approval. Support enquiries may contain information voluntarily sent to us.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. This is not a promise about how carefully we handle such data — it is a statement that no such data is ever gathered, so none exists to be misused, sold or disclosed. We believe this satisfies the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and equivalent protections elsewhere.
Support enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this to respond to your enquiry and retain it only as needed to provide support and meet applicable obligations. Contact hello@xzistdigital.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. We do not receive your locally stored game progress unless you choose to send it.
Purchases
The app offers an optional, one-time TumbleWing Supporter purchase that gives 50% more coins from garden rewards and bonus flights. It is not a subscription. Apple processes payments and keeps purchase records under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details or billing address through the game. StoreKit verifies ownership and the app caches Supporter status locally so the bonus can work offline. Restoring purchases may require contacting Apple and signing into your Apple Account.
About this website
Everything above describes the app. These TumbleWing pages on xzistdigital.com are a different thing, and it would be misleading to let one stand for the other.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits, and only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics identifier is stored. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Nothing about this website is connected to the game. Visiting these pages tells us nothing about how you play, and the app does not report anything to this site. The two are entirely separate.
Our Cookie Policy lists exactly which cookies the website sets and how long they last, and our company Privacy Policy covers everything else Xzist Digital Ltd does.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Should TumbleWing ever begin collecting data or add online features, the policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described plainly rather than buried.
