How much does a project cost?
Most first engagements land between £8k and £25k, scoped to a single tool. I don't do fixed-price £100k platforms.
How long until I see something?
A working prototype in your hands inside three weeks. Usable software on a live job inside three months.
Do you only work with construction firms?
Mostly, yes. Recent work has been across civil engineering, fencing, infrastructure, and SaaS for the trades. I'll occasionally take work outside construction if the problem is genuinely interesting and I'm the right fit.
Who owns the software when it's done?
You do. Code lives in your repo, data in your database. Nothing locks you in.
